Mansfield High School Speech Team Awards

Congratulations to the Mansfield High School Speech Team members who competed earlier this month at the Texas Forensic Association's State Tournament.  Out of 211 schools from all over the state, MHS placed 13th in overall sweepstakes during the tournament held March 1-3 in Amarillo, TX.

• Aldean Pearson II - Quarter Finalist in Dramatic Interpretation 
• Aldean Pearon II and Olivia Soliz - Placed 9th in Duet Acting 
• Stephonie Rodgers and Aldean Pearson II - Quarter Finalists in Duo Interpretation 
• Daniel George - Semifinalist in Poetry 

Beaven Waller and Devin Hunt are the Texas Forensic Association State Champions in Duo Interpretation. 

Aldean Pearson II qualified to the National Speech and Debate competition.
